Can I integrate Prolog with my system?
Absolutely. We are against rework, which is why we have a ready-to-use open API that allows integration with any system.

Can Prolog checklist questionnaires be customized?
Yes. We provide ready-made templates, but you can adapt them to your fleet’s needs. You can also create specific questionnaires for each vehicle type: semi-trailers, tractor units, buses and so on.
Is there a limit to the number of questions I can add to the checklist questionnaire?
No. Questionnaires are unlimited and you can add as many questions as you want.
Is there a limit on the number of users of the app?
No. Anyone can access the app, as long as they have a user and password. There is no maximum or minimum limit.
How many questionnaires can I run?
As many as you want, and for each vehicle type. There are no limits.
Can I include photos in my checklist?
Yes. You can include photos in the checklist, according to your fleet’s needs.
Can I open a Work Order through the checklist?
Yes, and in a fully automated way. You set which questions should open a Work Order automatically.
Does the system provide any reports or indicators I can access?
Yes. Through Prolog dashboards, both on the web and in our app. You can also export various reports for analysis and, in addition, integrate Prolog with your BI system through our free API.
