Translecchi, with around 590 license plates and more than 7,900 tires, could not keep track of relocations, tread depth and wear through its traditional ERP.

Cobeb faced premature tire wear, a lack of checklist digitization and frequent retreading rejections. Data generated by Prolog completely changed tire organization and purchasing.

Retreading rejections were halved, and fuel consumption fell by 2% from the start of system use.

In 3 years of using Prolog, T2P significantly improved the accuracy of pressure and tread depth inspections and gained greater team productivity.

The company reduced retreading rejections by 1/3, retreads more tires, makes fewer purchases and scores another point for fleet savings.

Klabin faced issues controlling corrective maintenance and identifying vehicles with recurring issues. Prolog's electronic checklist resolved them with inspection scheduling and immediate access to inspection results.

With the electronic tread probe kit, tire inspection became 136% faster. Data is sent automatically to the dashboard, with more than 3.3 thousand tire services recorded.

Master Express had difficulty identifying drivers in checklists and lacked visibility into vehicle health. In just one year with Prolog, the company saw positive responses.

The electronic checklist with a digital signature provided legal certainty and fast identification of the person responsible, ensuring that unfit vehicles were held back at the depot.

Rodalog started with 618 vehicles registered in 2018, seeking to resolve issues with visibility into truck condition and productivity in data collection.

The "Checklist Traffic Light" began to show a summary of all license plates and the condition of each one. Over years of use: more than 230 thousand checklists and 72 thousand WOs completed.
